MCNS has provided consulting services to TRING Communications in Tirana, Albania as a partner of CONEXIS AG, Switzerland. Tring is an Albanian company active in the field of media, broadcasting, and telecommunications. It is a triple play provider which offers broadband services of Internet, Telephony and TV; distribution through TV cable, Terrestrial, satellite in Albania and My Tring IPTV worldwide.
The scope of the project was to assess the technical infrastructure and services provided by the company and investigate the interconnection among technical and business layers within the company in order to help TRING identify the ideal partner that can setup, maintain and operate the production and sales support systems of the company (CRM, Billing, ERP based on the company’s priorities).
